Fawkes was built on a simple belief: healthcare organizations deserve a consultant who has actually done the work — who has managed federal programs, sat in CMS compliance reviews, built population health frameworks from scratch, trained teams, and turned around initiatives that were stalled or failing.

The name Fawkes means falcon — precision, elevation, the ability to see the whole system while everyone else is in the weeds. It is also a family legacy, carried forward from the southernmost island in the Bahamas by a daughter who took that inheritance into the halls of American healthcare.
